88 5L 5spd, just bought the car, the car grinds going into 2nd, 3rd & 4th every time, i've adjusted the clutch cable a million times, tranny has fluid in it, using stock shifter with shorty handle.
that happened to me i couldnt down shift at all with out it either grindin or have to force it in to gear i got a new clutch cable and it woked perfect but it could also be and internel problem
