Unhappy throttle body?

i know i need a throttle body but which one should i get. i have a 302 with cast iron gt40 heads and the explorer intake. the opening for the intake is 65 but i still have the stock 60mil. i herd you can run up to a 75mm with out changing anything but i need to know for sure before i buy it. will a 70 or 75 bolt on to a 65 egr spacer? help please!

You need to match them.... if you don't want/decide/choose to upgrade the EGR spacer, use the same ID TB. If you decide/choose to upgrade the EGR spacer..... a 75mm or 70mm will keep you busy. LUK

lol....If you get a bigger throttle body you need a bigger intake,if you get a bigger intake you need bigger heads, if you bigger heads you need a supercharger to jamb it all in there.

Ahhh just go for the crate motor, lol j/k

that's not the can of worms I was refering to, FYI there is no such thing as to big a throttle body if proper matching and tuning is done to compensate for changes made. research it a little and you'll understand what I mean
