Default first 5.0

i just got my first 5.0 an 89gt. It has a few problems i need help with, the hatch is bouncing around ilv tryed adjusting the latch pin but i have had no luck and the gas pedal feels like it is 1000lbs. I recently damaged my 01 v6 and insurance totaled it. i was wondering if i could use the electric fan off of that car.

gas pedal problem is likely to be a bad throttle cable

the holes where the bumpstops go are @@#$ed so while the bump stops are there the adjustment is not should i drill holes and use universal bumpstops? and the throttle cable is brand new just didnt think it would go bad

if the cable is brand new, and feels like that, it was improperly installed and its binding.

just take a look at the cable and see what went wrong. it shouldn't have any kinks or angles to it, any direction changes should be a loop.
