Default Need help low flow to egr valve or a broken vacuum line.

I have a 94 mustang gt and I have a check engine light on my dash. I pulled the codes and it say I have low flow to egr valve or a broken vacuum line. I have changed the vacuum lines and still the same problem. Can any one help me

Could be a bad EGR sensor.
