351 windsor or cleveland?

Default 351 windsor or cleveland?

I heard that i could put 351 heads on my 302 is that true?? would i have to change anything and uhm i would need a 351 style intake? im not sure who said it an what exactly they said but they said only 1 of the 2-3 types of 351s are compatible..that true?

just stick with your stock heads or go gt-40s if you're on a budget

Back in the day that may have been a viable option, nowdays, there are better and more practical options

windsor and cleveland heads can be put on a 302

the only 351w heads youd want are the 1969-70 or the lightning gt40 heads....

the cleveland heads require mods to make the water passages mate up... but if you use 4v heads youd basically have a boss 302, but the 2v ports are way better for street use.....

And if you would put Cleveland heads on the 302 where would you get an intake manifold from and you would need very expensive custom headers.
I thought about doing this with a 347 a while back and decided it was way too much money.
