Code 63
While doing a code check on my mustang , I got code 63 in the KOEO mode. So I checked the code meaning, and It said " Throttle position circuit fault, below minimum voltage".
So I checked my TPS with a multimeter. I put a pin into the green wire of the TPS and clipped the red wire from the meter, the black to ground. Turned the ignition key on,but did not start the car. My voltage read 1.1 vollts and when I fully openned the throttle I got 4.77 volts. Can someone lead me to a fix of what might be wrong.

the 1.1 at closed throttle is your problem
however i dont think it would trip a code. it probaby has a flat spot somewhere in the curve. honestly i would just replace it. i got a tps sensor at autozone for like $20 bucks
