88 GT stalls when I give it gas?

Default 88 GT stalls when I give it gas?
When I first start the car it stalls when I give it gas. It also seems like the gas is harder to push down too. Anyone have any ideas?

check the linkage at the TB for binding and make sure inside the TB is clean and free of carbon build up, if it's all carboned up, clean it and remove IAC as well and clean it, if that doesn't cure stall, check fuel pressure for any leak down condition , after that run a koeo/koer TEST and check for codes

cleaning the idle air control valve, maf, and tb may help. if not its something that should be done anyway.
