Default koeo koer test

so i connected the pins together and didnt warm it up first and then i turned on the ignition and i got this...

21 24 31 21 24

warmed up car turned off for 10 seconds then started engine then put the jumper wire in and i got this....
31 31 1 31 31

then i did the engine off test again..... 12 21 41 31 12 21 41 31

now my tempereature gauge takes like 15 minutes of me acutally driving the car for it to go up 2 notches but it seems to take forever when i start it up and let it run to move the needle anywhere

and im guessing by all my 31 codes means i gotta replace the egr?
