Cool Ticking noise (video)

I know people on here have heard similar videos in the past of my car but i feel this is the best one. It was taken last summer and in preparation of me bringing out the car when the weather gets better i am concerned. Please give your input. Do you think its fine or what?

yeah it runs great but its annoying... i can hear it outside the car. It just sounds bad. You really think there is no problem??? I can continue to drive it with no worries?? Remember i am a complete NOOB when it comes to cars.

where would the exhaust leak be coming from? the headers? the exhaust? it sounds like its coming from the engine bay

Sounds like loose valvetrain. I had the same problem. But for me it was mixing new lifters with 150,000mile+ rockers and pushrod's=tick. Take your valve covers off and check for loose rockers. Re-torque them as well(19-24ft-lbs).
