acts like it is not getting enough fuel when you first crank it it sounds good after it runs a few seconds sounds like it is running on six cylinders,pulled some of the plugs out they were dry an sutty e303 cam heads ported and polished almost stock:what are my options thank a lot if you can help

Try checking Fuel pressure... Replace cap rotor plugs but first run codes

Black is indicating running rich. Fuel pressue test. Then do code check finished by cylinder balance test. You will then have a very good idea of what needs attention.
