I fixed it by buying an aftermarket one, getting injectors and a tune. As far as how to really fix it, I don't know.

One thing I did notice while taking the old one off is that it had a made in mexico sticker on it. Which meant it was a reman. May have had something to do with it.idk

You could try cleaning it or if you know someone that has one, try theirs to see if it works. Usually I believe if the voltage is high, it means it is maxing out the reading it can give and you need a different maf. I could very well be wrong and there maybe a fix for it. I assume it will involve another maf though.

I all already have a 95 5.0 maf.... My fmu seems to be working well having some trouble with timeing but how big of maf can I go on 19 injectors

ditch the fmu, get 42# injectors and a 80mm pmas calibrated for 42s
