Tranny problem

Whenever I shift from 1st to 2nd easy it goes in fine. but if i shift fast it will grind. happens everytime. or if i shift past about 4k rpms it grinds.
I thought it might of been the fluid so I changed it and it has the same problem.
all other gears are fine.
any idea?

rebuild time. the blocker ring for second gear is shot because people dont know how to drive a stick
