Default 94 Mustang Misfire HELP

94 5.0 just installed MSD blaster coil, 8.5mm wires, BBK equal length headers, and autolite platnium plugs. That took care of my check eng. light but I still get a slight mis at part to full throttle and some hesitation sometimes. When I have the A/C on some times it runs awsome but it is usually joined by a nice PING. Anyone have any ideas? It would be much appreciated!

im not real sure on what to do but it could just be the octane of the gas. try to run 91 and higher in it.

What's your timing set at? I'm with QUIK, you're probably running lean.

yeah, definately pull the codes. check out the EGR valve and curcuit. the 94-95s are notorious for this complaint, and it usually turns out to be a dirty/faulty MAF, or the EGR curcuit malfuntioning. if the egr is sticking open slightly upon light to moderate throttle it will bog the motor down. but start by pulling the codes, also get the timing checked.
