Default Electrical problems..

I just bought a 1995 mustang gt at a good price, but noticed the previous owner did a hack job on the electrical for the ignition. He added three kill switches, one for the fuel pump, one for the push start and one to kill the power to the car. The only one I want to remove is the one that kills all the power to the car since the owner made the car start with no key to the ignition meaning you start it with a push start button and it starts without stepping on the clutch. Is it possible to take it to an electrical shop to fix this?
