Replacing fuel neck filler gromet.

Has anyone replaced a fuel neck filler grommet. If so, how did you do it? Did you have to remove the neck or drop the tank?? Thanks

Undo the tank straps and let it drop a few inches while pushing it towards the driver side. The filler hose goes into the grommet a good 4 inches.
