easiest way to remove front crankshaft seal

hi everyone i am doing a front crankshaft seal on 84 5.0 what the easiest way to remove the seal thanks later:

remove the timing cover thats why the gasket and seal are a kit. there are ways to do the seal alone but easier not really!
