Default Need help with 94 Mustang

My husband bought a 94 mustang and brake lights do not work. Well the center brake light on the trunk door works. But thats it. Left turn signal wasn't working either. Can't figure out what to do. Getting really frustrated with it. Can't get the car inspected until this is fixed and he is not happy about that. Please can some one give us some advice.

Ok and how easy is that to access and check if it is bad. He might know but I'm not sure. He checked the wiring in the back and it was good so we know it's not that. He is at work, I am going to let him know any thing I find out when he gets home. Thanks Btw

Ok he found the schematic for the car but he can't find the ground in the back. It's not where it said it was in the schematics. He thinks its a groun. But can't find it. Not sure if I mentioned it before but he also has no reverse lights either. Had no left signal but he was able to fix that.

Ok I was wrong. He wasn't able to fix the left turn signal. But right side works and 4ways work. But no brake lights (except 3rd one) and no reverse lights or left turn signal.

The multifunction switch is the turn signal lever and is mounted to steering column. Remove the shroud and there are 2 screws and 2 connectors. This is most likely why no brake lights or signals
