Idle Hunting Issue, Looking for Advice On Where to Look for Issue
So I have been learning my new used car for awhile now, but there is still a persistent pesky problem with a hunting idle. I have done a lot of work fixing vacuum leaks and replacing maintenance items. I will list them:
New:
--------------
MAF
O2's
ECT
Throttle body gasket
PCV Valve, Grommet and Little Metal Mesh Filter
Upper Intake Manifold Gasket
IAC Gasket
Injector O-rings, filters, and pintle caps, also sent out injectors for cleaning
Fuel Filter
Cap, Rotor, Coil, Wires, Plugs
--------------
Cleaned:
--------------
Throttle Body
IAC
--------------
Also I have checked TPS Voltage and it is spot on @ .98v, timing is set @ 14* base, I have done the Base Idle Rest Procedure as well.
This is all I can think of for now, so if you have kindly taken the time to read this long a$$ post, I appreciate it and I would love to hear your opinions on what could be the culprit here.
Thanks!
**** I forgot to mention that I replaced the plastic red and green vacuum lines that go the EGR and the Intake Manifold with new rubber vacuum line, that fixed my EGR problem (broken vac. line).

google SN-95 base idle reset, as it is different that the commonly found foxbody proceedure. When you are done, put your TPS between .8v and .9v
Often times, you will have voltage fluxuations in the system that can raise your base TPS rating over the 1v threshold, if its set too close to 1v. The old myth about .98-.99v is nonsence. I have personally tuned out problems in more than one SN by simply doing the base idle reset corectly, and putting the TPS alittle further away from 1v.
