95 5.0 sluggish with mods

dont waste your money on a tuner yet
if that plug isnt firing all the time figure out why... melted wire, broken wire, bad plug whatever.
5.0's dont respond like a more computer controlled car, it is a mechanical issue your having i am sure of. crossed wire, something... go to the basics.
i would back off to 10* timing for now and close your plugs even more... .040" for starters and swap a plug wire with one that works to see if that cylinder now fires
is your coil original ?? get a mallory if it is, stock replacement is fine... about $45 i think
