Default Engine miss after warm up?

I recently added a hypertech chip to my Mustang.I've aded new wires, plus distributor capa and rotor.When vehicle is first started up and on take off ,even on hard acceleration, the veh runs great.After a couple miles ,when when everything gets warm, it starts missing .Any ideas wouild be greatly appricated.I've got a 190 thermostat right now.

Yah, take the chip out. It's the cause of your problems. Tuning outside of OEM protocols requires a real life tuner, calculating the variables of your particular position on earth.
An out of the box chip gives crap calculations that are assumed to be viable for all variables, but they aren't.

In short, send the chip back, and watch the car behave again.
