I just replaced the flywheel and clutch in my 95 gt. I put everything back together the way it was and everything went in straight like it was supposed to. When I went to install the shifter that went fine but when I put the bezel on ans put the car in first the shifted was about a half an inch away from the left side.When it is in 5th it is in the center of the dash. It's a b&m short shifter. Can anyone help?

Something didn't go back together properly. I'd check the rear trans mount.
