cooling system pressure problem

^^ I agree. I think you have 2 problems. The cap and a head gasket. To find out which head gasket it is, you need to do a leakdown test of each cylinder. Pumping them up with air (one at a time) with the valves closed and see when you start to get bubbles in the radiator with the cap off.
I would replace both gaskets regardless because it is easier to do both while it is torn down than to put it all back together and have the other side go and have to do it all over again.

thanks for all the info i took the heads off and the bolt on the end under the valve cover was broke off and the gasket was blown
