When axle on jack stands, how quiet should rear end be?

If you spin the tires with your hands, the only thing you should hear is a very, very slight click of initial axle engagement, and that's it. Nothing else from the diff. Any kind of whirring, whining, grinding, or otherwise unhappy noise is a bad sign. If your drums are adjusted properly you might hear a slight brake rub.

The sound it makes does sound like brake drums squeeling a bit, even has resistance...but I swear it's from the rear end. I will get a better listen later. This rear end did go through a Traction-lok rebuild with the carbon clutches (cobra like). I'm wondering if that is what I'm hearing.
