Sorry for the delay guys.. I've been out of town. I spoke with a buddy and he thinks its likely my ecm. The guy had the same issue - jump-starting someones car and his died , would not restart. He stated his FP was not coming on either. I am going to send my ECM out to get checked and if this isn't it, take it to a local Mustang shop. I'll update you all on the outcome, so if someone runs into the same issue.

the older pcm's are not that tolerant of voltage spikes, when the cables were connected to the other car you were running the alt at close to max load, then he got his car started and his alt started producing power. this can sometimes cause a voltage spike and poof there goes the ecm

Hey guys just an update. So after getting the ECM rebuild, fuel pump relay, ignition switch replaced the issue was not resolved. I decided before getting this thing loaded up on a flatbed to pull out the fuse box and take a look. Wow there was all kinds of dust and what looked like a damn spider web. I decided to take compressed air and spray all around from all angles. Low a behold - I put a fuse in the #8 holder (which was the issue in blowing) and the fuse did not blow. After turning the key on - she fired right up! Thank you very much for everyone's help.
