Default Radio trim

I was wondering what is the name of the 2 panels on the sides of the radio that pull directly out. My interior is tan(camel) and the material is beginning to fade. If you guys know a place where I can purchase a replacement for these that would be extremely helpful. Thanks.

Have you tried the Ford dealer?

They pretty much have any part for sale individually.

I purchased a spare set when I was doing my audio modifications off eBay. I paid about 20 per side. I was drilling holes, so I kept a pair of new panels, in case I decided to go another way.

New ones from a dealer may only come in black with a paint to match code. They may no longer be available from Ford, as these vehicles are at the 7-11 model years old mark now. A salvage yard may be your best bet, except in Alaska. There are NO Mustangs in any of the lots that I've called or checked. Our biggest lot, has stated that in the past 15 years, they haven't been able to bid on a wrecked Mustang. They are picked up by body shops and rebuilders almost immediately, so the yards don't get them very often. Makes it tough on a person trying to do things. If we don't have it, freight gets to be a major factory. Most of the time, freight is more than the part costs. It was almost 700 to ship a hood up to Anchorage from California. It has gotten ridiculous.

Unfortunately I only see them in black, but they sell some SEM paint that matches the interior color perfectly, so you might try painting yours.
