how hard is it to wear your seat belt and go somewhere near the speed limit? At the very least if you're going to speed, pay attention. In 10 years I've only been nailed with tickets 2 times, both times I wasn't paying attention. First ticket was dropped (9 years ago) and this second one I'm doing a deferral (1 year, no tickets, dropped)
