Default Trick Flow horsepower?

What do those trick flow packages usually give the 5.0 to the wheels? Like track heat for example. I always hear how good they are.. but how good ?

Like heads, cam, intake, and all the basic bolt ons included ?

300-350 rwhp ?

I would guess that the package ur talking about would give around 310 to the wheels if u minus most of your bolt-ons. The tests were done with better TB and probably MAF. But if you throw in a kick *** exhaust to help breath and some pullies along with some tuning ie tweecer, then I think 350rwhp should be no problem. Thats what I am hoping for atleast.
