Default Oil in Cold Air Intake

I am getting oil in my cold air intake and i don’t know why. It’s not much but I do notice the burned oil smell occasionally. Any Ideas? Thanks in advanced

where exactly is it? In the filter? In the pipe? Or in the opening of the upper intake

what style of intake you got? you have any vac lines from intake to pipe? or the egr/t-body?

the holleyII had the pcv plumbing routed to the inlet throat of the intake, and if the pcv is faulty or you have worn rings creating blow-by then oil does creep into your cai

Do you have one of the breather tubes from the valve cover routed into the intake piping? That's gonna be where it's coming from.

Look into a catch can setup.
