If it is a fox cobra intake with an elbow not sure if that'll work, you really need the cobra for the sn-95

mjr46, question - Is there much point in upgrading the upper and lower intakes on a stock 302 setup? If i were to buy the above for an example and place them on my 87 E7 stock long block, would i have to take in consideration any other factors such as upgrading the fuel injectors, calibrated MAF ect due to the extra increase in the volume air entering the engine? Or do the heads mainly play that role?, thus needing the better lower and upper intakes?

Hopefully that isnt too much of a newbie performance question

Thanks

there are gains, but they are minimal. the stock heads are the biggest restriction in air flow. upgrading the intake wont require bigger injectors.

I've put cobra intakes /UPPER, LOWERS on stock 5.0's as a single mod, and the gains were minimal .1 to .2 tenths gain at the track was the last one I did for a guy and that was his gain, I'm not a fan of piece work modding when it comes to heads, cams and intakes, I like to do it as a package deal so the biggest bang can be felt all at once
