SN95 Side pipe covers; Where can I get the right tips?

SN95 Side pipe covers; Where can I get the right tips?
I have been looking everywhere for the proper tips to fit in the SVO side exhaust covers and have come up with nothing. Can anybody lend a hand? The single tip that contours to the hole would be slick as hell, but I'd be more than happy to get the dual tips like on the old borla systems. Thanks guys...
