Default 2013 5.0 maintenance at 30k miles?

Hey all,
I am approaching 30k miles and I am wondering what else to do besides the recommended air filter change on my car. And I will be doing the oil again soon.
The Owners manual has the cabin air filter at 20k miles, the engine air filter at 30k miles, and regular oil changes, but nothing about the coolant, spark plugs, or tranny fluid until 100-150k miles... does that seem like a lot to anyone else?

Just thought I would get a few opinions on the subject.
Thanks!

No. The plugs, coolant, and tranny fluid will last 100,000 + miles although if you have a manual you may want to consider changing it to something better.

like scottmach said, it's pretty much standard practice these days. Spark plugs are now considered "emissions related equipment" so they have to last 100k. everyone's using "long life" coolant these days, regardless of color (Ford and Chrysler usually use yellow/orange, GM is bright orange, Toyota uses a shocking pink colored coolant.) They're pretty much all related to Dex-Cool. I changed the coolant in my SRT-4 at 98,000 miles when I did the timing belt, and what I could see of the coolant passages were clean.

And the manual trans just uses gear oil and with no clutches or bands there's nothing in there to wear it out.

Thanks all, I have the auto so I guess I will change the filter and call it good for now!
