This thread is very helpful as I too just lost the auto feature on the passenger side window. This forum rocks!

I too get the occasional thud. Every time it does that I recalibrate, perhaps after my warranty expires the window will break.

I had an Expedition that the passenger side window would go up and down twice as slow as the driver side. And now I have an F250 that is doing the exact same thing. Would the same solution apply to that as the mustang?
