I had same issue with my Roush cai but I forgot to put the insert in , my car wouldn't even idle without that little extra piece of plastic!! Go figure!

Just spoke with Doug from Bamachips on the phone. He said he knew what the problem was and would be sending me new tunes ASAP. I'm keeping my fingers crossed!

Got new tunes today, seemed closer, but I still don't think they're right.

The car barely wanted to run when I turned the key. The internal lights flickered a little then I got the car to run for a few minutes with my foot pressed lightly on the gas.

I gave the engine a bit more throttle a couple times and the engine sounded great but then when I took my foot off the gas it teetered on the edge of a solid idle and slightly below 500-750RPMS. Then after a few minutes of the inconsistent idle I turned the car off. After that the car would immediately stall when I tried to start it.

Any ideas? Or do we just go on to the next tune revision? Oh, I also double checked the Cold Air Intake assembly to make sure everything was right.

well, if anybody cares, the third tune was the charm for Doug. The car is rocking, I'm really happy.

Good to hear! Did he ever say what was wrong or what he tweaked?

Doug really didn't mention what he changed. Just said that the engine tune wasn't properly calibrated for the intake he had sent me.
