Default 10# procharger pulley size?

What size pulley would I need for approximatly be 10# on a factory procharger p1sc intercooled kit? I'm thinkin 3.33 with no powerpipe right?

I think it says 3.6 on it. I'll check for sure when I get down to the shop.

I was running 10 psi with a 3.33" pulley on my vortech with stock heads and manifold/no headers. Every car is a bit different but 3.33" will put you there. If stock internals would not go any smaller of a pulley.

I'm not planning on goin any smaller than 10# on the stock shortblock, thats why I asked about a 10# pulley. I've got a forged shortblock sitting in the corner waiting on the trickflow heads a some blower cams, and I'm just gonna see how long this shortblock will last. And I know it varies some thats why I said approximatly. Do the vortechs have the same 4.10:1 ratio as the p1sc's?

I was asking if the vortech's were the same as the p1's, because if they aren't I cant see how referencing from a vortech setup with no intercooler would be a good comparison. Does anyone know the formula to calculate what size I need, so I can figure out what I need for what rpm.

I'm running a " 3.40" pulley. It makes 10 psi @ 5900 rpms's. This is a P1sc set up.

chris, with your cams and exh mods you will have to run a slightly smaller pulley to get 10# that someone with a stock engine because your heads flow more

The pulley on my setup right now is 3.85 and I'm seeing approimatly 8psi. how much smaller of a pulley do you usually need to increase boost approximatly 2psi?
