X-Charger 90mm steel pulleys
One of my stock plastic 76mm idler pulleys for my X-Charger was starting to go (after 25K mi, so not real complaints) so I decided to upgrade to larger steel pulleys. Turned out very well I think, a bit more belt wrap around the blower pulley, and looks pretty nice.

Stock "X" pulleys for comparison:

Total cost on the Goodyear Gatorback pulleys was about $30. The red bearing seals were my doing. They come from Goodyear with a pale lime color in the center. I can't even put a pulley on the car without modding it
Another plus is I won't have to spend time cleaning all the dust that tended to accumulate in the plastic fins of the old pulleys before shows, etc.

Those are some clean looking engine bays boyz........ not to mention some awesome setups!!! very sweet!!! Torch - that FRP CAI is probably the best looking CAI I have seen. It also looks to be the best for keeping out hot air from the engine - nice choice!
Thanks. Between the Bullitt airbox and the composite tube, incoming air should not be picking up much heat from the engine bay at this point.
