Im gonna drain the oil and look for metal shavings. Hopefully there aren't any and all I have to do is change the damn bearing.

im pretty sure Whitefox nailed it, its gotta be 1 of the 3, did you use floating wristpins or press in?

I don't think so.... Mine has been fixed for months and well over 5000 miles and it hasn't gotten any worse. I had a 94 Mark VIII that had the same type of knock that I drove for two years and it never hurt anything (That one was several bad lifters). What he is describing is EXACTLY like my issues.
