Update.. Got the template made out of cardboard.

I cut the bottom piece out of 1/2" MDF, just need to make a few adjustments for the back rest brackets. I ended up just cutting slots so I can slide the piece all the way to the back and have the brackets still in place.

Looks good. I made mine out of wood, then wrapped it in leather and stuffed it slightly. heavy as hell but looks good lol. I wish i was smart enough to use cardboard first as a mold, but i just ended up guessing and cutting hahaha

Yeah it took about 30 mins to make the cardboard template. The actual wood was a little more difficult. I love slow days at work.

Got it all finished. Was finished Saturday but was too lazy to take pics until now.

Was half done here. Had to wait till my friend brought the new sub down before I could finish the back piece.

Yes it needs to be cleaned. Very happy with the way it turned out. Not bad for just having a jigsaw, skill saw and a couple staplers(air/manual).

better/clean pics! I thought about cutting a spot to mount a little 10 inch sub in the middle of my back seat and have it fit right through the leather, but I don't think theres enough space. But I think it would have looked pretty cool.

I really need to clean my car so Ill take pics when I get the interior cleaned out. I just need to find where the rattles are coming from (other than the head rest).

My car rattles and squeaks all over the place, I just gave up lol. Still thought about taking the whole interior out and putting some ebay version of dynamat down and putting a manual seat rack on my drivers seat while im at it.

How much weight can you loose from taking out the powered seat and replacing it with a manual?

****, like 40-50lbs more like it. both my Corbeaus with brackets weigh less than the just the power seat track by itself.
