That is a considerable amount of weight. Isn't the weight to power ratio like -10rwhp per 100lbs?

**** lol my bad ryan. I am probably just going to swap the drivers seat bracket and if I can find a good deal on cloths I might switch those too because aren't they lighter than leather? Someone on here has two Corbeaus for sale for $600 shipped which seems pretty good they look mint just cant afford it right now.

I don't think the weight of the material is too much to be concerned over. If you get the chance, look really closely at a quality race seat, there's hardly anything to them, where as the factory seats are full of metal.

Somewhere I have the real weights of front and rear leather seats out of SN95 cars. They are CRAZY heavy. I'll see if I can dig them up. My Cobreau seats weigh 22 lbs each (with brackets). I wanna say front leathers were like 62 lbs (with brackets) and the rear was 44lbs. I'll go look to confirm that.

Thanks matt, thats a pretty good weight savings. Eventually I'll get some Corbeau's but funds just don't allow it right now, with manual brackets.
