I reccomend a custom from CI. I've got one of their cams with .6/.592 lift and a 114 lsa and she idles nice. not much of a lope at all, just barely more than stock. and my car made better numbers than that when it was untuned. however youre going to see very minimal gains over that if you switch to a 347 bottom end. I think what you need is a better cam. 
also is this with an auto? if so that would help explain a lot.

C.I. is the shiz, i say that because thats what cam I have.. I can't speak for FTI. My car made 62 more horse than yours and 32 more tq. All with a stock ecu, factory ignition, little timing, dinky exhaust
