Differential Pressure Feedback EGR - it's basically like a MAP or a barometric pressure sensor for your EGR system - it's there to measure the flow of EGR, but it's very troublesome IMO.
The sensor should be either a black or metal box about the size of a large zippo lighter with two vacuum hoses attached to it near the firewall. The hoses should go to your EGR tube between your intake and your exhaust manifolds. Towards the front of the engine, if standing at your front bumber, its towards the left side of the motor, right beside the motor

You do realize this is the second post about the same thing and that you have more views / answers in your other thread?

Jeff:
You appear to have an open bung on your CAI.

Be careful with doing that punkrocker0514, you would have been better to post there, people dont like to see double post, if you have alot of views and only some posts, it just means that some of the views didn't know. Id personally rather you bump the old one that start a new one. But thats my .02

egr ?
I forgot to tell my tuner I deleted it when he did my dyno.
I ran around w/o egr all together and CELs for a few months w/o problems ?
Tell me more about the new coil pack ?
Did you check the plugs/wires also ?

I will just post on this since i didn't know the procedures for forums but i changed my ignition coil and erg sensor after getting the codes p0401 and p0352 yet still my car has a horrible idle and is running like crap(high rpm shifts, low power) I am getting a tune up tomorrow and getting new ignition wires along with the plugs. I am hoping this is it cause i have no idea what else it could be and i am scratching my head over here. Does anyone think it could be a bad spark(got the car last year and havent changed the plugs since i had it plus i dont know when they were changed before i bought it)?
