Default I think my car is in big trouble? Help!!

So my car has started acting up in the last 2 weeks. It started with a little shaking and has turned into a violent upheavel. When in park my car vibrates alittle but when in Drive or Reverse my car gets the shakes real bad. I also have a loss of power by a ton. While leaving work and going doing the road sputtering along, i literally had my foot to the floor and felt it lagging like hell finally it caught and i had my power. When i got home i decided to pop the hood and noticed the engine was also shaking. I assume it may be bad engine mounts but why the loss of power? Please help for it is very, very aggravating cause i love my Mustang but wanna drive it over a cliff right now :/

Also on another note my car now shifts into 2nd around 3400 rpm when it used to shift around 1800 rpm. Every other gear is alittle late too around 2000 rpm when they used to shift at about 1500-1700 rpm. It is a 2002 V6 Auto Stang by the way

No CEL? Check to see all spark wires are connected. If so then get a tune up.

Yea i have a check engine light. I'm about to ride up to Advance Auto to get a test and see what's up(if i can make it). I just checked the spark plug cables and they are all snug so not sure, just hope its nothing pricey or serious

Bet it's a simple fix... like a vacuum leak or something similar.

So i just replaced the ignition coil and i'm still getting the same problem :/ I'm thinking now maybe faulty spark plugs (it has been forever since those have been replaced). Also how would i go around to finding a vacuum leak exactly? I'm not too educated on that :/

Also one more thing at advance, the dialysis for my car said ignition coil b primary/secondary circuit malfunction(I've since replaced the coil however) but it also said EGR flow insufficient detected. What is the EGR flow?
