94-98 Mustang Passenger Airbag removal DIY
I searched ans earched and asked questions and never got ab answer. So, this is for the pple who actually use the search button and can do what I was looking for.
I knwo this works on the sn95's but I'm unsure if it will work on the eagle bodys. So here goes:
Tools needed: 7 mm and 8 mm sockets and a 7 MM wrench.
Remove the glove compartment, there are te bolts. Use the 7 mm socket to get em out.
After thats out, you have to move the vent hose out of the way a lil bit, but don't need to remove it.
Then there are 2 bolts that hold the airbag in: Use a 8 mm wrench, after they are out, the airbag just lifts out. I\'m not replacing it, so I wasn't worried about the lil sensor or anything, so I just cut the yellow wire that's connected to the airbag.. and bam. it's done.
Hope this helps somoene else out.
It's that simple
