Look into Audiobahn 12's...they have a great tone and one of those which a nice amp will make for some great bass. I would also recommend replacing the interior speakers and running them through an amp too. That makes a HUGE difference, and makes it all sound great together.
I'm going to be replacing the entire system. I already have the speakers for the door and rear panel. Just trying to get the sub/amp so I can get it all installed at the same time.
Please do not listen to anyone that encourages the purchasing of audiobahn.

Why would he look into an Audiobahn 12"?

What good would it do him?

Do you know Audiobahn's marketing strategy?

Please learn more before you shout out your answers.

Because they aren't quality bang for the buck.

They are another over-hyped brand name.

Do they work? Yes.
Are they worthy of your time? Yes.
Are there better brands out there? Yes.
Are they worth your $? No.

Let's look at it this way.

Say a carlot down the road had your exact Mustang GT, but they wanted $3,000 more than what you paid for yours.

Let's also say that this carlot is a more reputable and well known company than the one you bought yours from.

Would you trade in your GT for the other one?

No, logic disagrees with that thought.

Since you wouldn't do that, does it make sense to spend more money on a driver that MIGHT be able to compare to a cheaper less known brand?

It's common knowledge to stay away from any brands sold by Best Buy, or Circuit City.

Edit: Unless they have bought out some impressive companies lately...

Soulburn,

The people I know of for sure that won't lead you astray are Hiss, myself, seight, and ttocs (even though he tries to play the good guy).

There are a couple others, but we are the few knowledgalbe that try to help.
