Every time this has happened with cars I bought, had to replace all the speakers.

I got a 2006 Chevy HHR, most recent, only the driver side door speaker worked,
and the "A" pillar tweeters. I had to replace everything else, so I put JL Audio
speakers in all four doors, with harness adapters.

Then, the factory harnesses were corroded, so they needed cleaned and prepped.

10:1 you will be replacing speakers, but I would test the outputs first, just in case
it's the radio or factory amp if equipped. Use ONE speaker, and make the
rounds on all the connectors.

sometimes when i hit a bump evrything works fine but idk if its a bad wire or speakers or amp

If hitting the bump has them ALL working, then I doubt it's the speakers. I
can't see three or five speakers all hitting their sweet spots when you hit the
bump.
