Default Please Help (Brake Pads)

About a week ago I changed my brake pads and failed to take the anti-rattle clips off my old pads and transfer them to my new ones. Now my front end rattles like crazy. The new pads I bought, which are Brembo, did not come with these clips. I've called Ford dealerships and every auto parts store in town and they all say you can't just buy the hardware, or clips alone, I have to buy a whole new set of pads to get the clips.

So, does anyone know where I can get these clips without having to buy another set of pads? Thanks in advance.

I bought the pads online from the tirerack.com, and they offered no warranty on the pads.
