Here's a picture of my engine bay, where is yours?

RE: Here's a picture of my engine bay, where is yours?
I think I can post one of the worst condition engine bay for a Rustang, but I can also redeem myself (and the car) with a few preliminary photos of things to come.
I don't know how many of you have actually built a new engine bay and front frame from reproduction parts, but the task of getting this all aligned and the whole thing to measure up correctly is quite a challenge. I have to question all the things that would otherwise be assumptions. Were the parts made to the correct spec? Is the old part correct, or has it been messed with in the past 40 years? How can I make sure the important measurements are being addresses so the rest of the car can be assembled with this new part?

This car was sold to me for top dollar (for a project car)because the owner claimed it was solid. The car was patched and held together with roofing tar, and needs just about everything you can imagine. I'll add more photos as I make more progress. In the next phase I'm making a bracket that is the same width as the engine and will ensure the engine sits straight and that the hood springs, rad suport, and steering components are located correctly. I'm using things like the export brace, montycarlo bar, and even the fenders, to ensure the whole thing lines up.
Any tales of experience with these parts is appreciated. I am particularly concerned with mating the new firewall with the rear section of the engine bay since they are made from different manufacturers.
I hope you all like what you see so far...
