I keep mine loaded AT ALL TIMES. Pointless NOT to.
I would have my life depend on a Fobus holster the same way I'd depend on a flacid piece of salami. Fobus has a HORRIBLE track record, and I do NOT trust their construction.
And this guy shouldn't have much trouble getting into the Surpeme Court... the NRA is awful big....

a man from new york in the 2nd federal court district is appealing to SCOTUS because New York doesnt allow possession of nun chucks his case is also pushing for incorporation
