'66 GT350--what to look for to make sure it's legit?

The only problem is that the neighbor wouldn't tell me this supposed lady's name. If it's legitimate, he could just be afraid that I'm trying to be sneaky so I can get both cars. More likely, the whole thing is a sham.

I've pretty much given up at this point..I think I'll just dump some money into my '94 instead. Screw it. :/
