Default Put another 408w in my 70.

Ok, so I haven't been on in awhile.

This past summer, I built a new 408w for my 70 Fastback. Dart Pro 1 Heads, Rpm 351 Intake. Hooker Super Comp Headers.

Here's a few pics from the process. Not TOTALLY finished with everything, but nearly.

Going to clean up the wires, and trying to decide if I want to replace my power steering with a power rack and pinion. Undecided at this point.

Now that is just sick. I'm relatively new here, but that is amazing and puts my project to shame.

Very few things here put other people's projects to shame. We're all just after different goals and have different budgets. I had to sell a few of my guns, and save all my bonus money and do some extra hustling to make this possible.

I have a 65 Coupe that I am putting a little 289-2v into, and have the 68 with a 289-4v. Nothing special. Doesn't make them shameful. Just different ultimate goals.

Watch out for header clearance with a R&P setup. One of my tubes had to be rerouted.

Nope. But I wasn't satisfied with my last stroker, so I did everything on this one the way I wanted it.
