Has anyone replaced their 302 with a 351 on a 1969 fastback? What are the Pros. and Cons.?

It's been done plenty of times. The pros are obviously more hp and torque. Cons are all based on $$. You're going to need everything from new motor mounts to a better suspension. I wish I could remember everything else you'll need but I cant...it's a pretty long, pricey list.
